All Hands Meeting Swag

LSST All Hands Meeting was tons of fun, so many things to design. It was in Tucson in August so we had stainless steel water bottles, visors, desert safety fact sheets and sunscreen along with the printed materials - agenda, packets, maps, room signs, welcome poster, name tags. There was even a banquet that needed drink tickets and table cards I even did a complete wrap on a box for recycling name tags! I was also in charge of getting all the posters and presentations "emily-ized" and adding the meeting to our website so people could register and chose their meal preferences. Here's some of the graphics I made for it.

DeCam and DES Handouts

Here are two handouts, they were printed double sided on cover paper. They turned out great. Except I didn't bring any help when I walked to the campus print shop and found out why they name paper in pounds!

This is an exhibit, roughly 10' across. It's a curved exhibit with endcaps printed on fabric. The design was originally for a "public" poster, to hang in classrooms and museums but my boss liked it so much she decided to use it for the exhibit that year. So I re-made it, one can always scale down an image but scaling up to 10' from 2' is another story all together... I really like the way it turned out though.
